If the filter is clogged by a dirty system, it will only cause the cooling capacity of the device to drop slightly, and you may not even feel the impact. When the "filter" is slightly blocked, there will be a temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the "filter", which can be felt by holding the inlet and outlet by hand. In severe cases, condensation or frost will appear on the filter. If condensation or frost occurs on the filter (when the machine is running, condensation does not count when the machine is stopped), it can be judged that the filter is blocked. At this time, just replace the filter of the same type.
2. Ice blockage: In essence, there is moisture in the system pipeline. The moisture in the system runs with the refrigerant to the throttle valve (expansion valve) after throttling and expansion, and forms a low temperature and low pressure state at the outlet of the throttle valve. 4. The expansion valve is damaged: the expansion valve is one of the four major components of the refrigeration system and is an indispensable component. Expansion valves are divided into mechanical expansion valves and electronic expansion valves; mechanical expansion valves are affected by the environment during use. In some environments, corrosive gas will corrode the liquid, causing the expansion valve to corrode. Most of them are the gas in the temperature sensing package of the expansion valve.
